Influencer Approved Beauty Products For A Weekend Filled with Pampering

  • 2

I’ve mentioned before about my conflicted relationship with beauty products. I love (almost) everything about them. I love learning about the latest releases, brands, development in technology yet I weirdly begrudge spending money on making the products my own when I could be spending that money on clothes. Because of this inconvenient complex about buying beauty products, I’m very thorough about my research and when I decide to splash out on something beauty related, the product must be the real deal.

The usual process goes along the lines of spotting a product on the pages of a magazine briefly. From there I’ll check the reviews and do some googling but the make or break moment in deciding to purchase the product comes from Instagram and opinions of the influencers I trust the most. With influencers you can see the product being used in real time and the results (good or bad) the next day on their Instastories. Plus, with obligations to tag adverts and the immediacy of social media, over time it’s easier to see which products they genuinely love and use time and time again.

From my beady beauty eye, these are the products influencers swear by for a weekend full of pampering.
