Kickstart Your Day With These 10 Weekday Breakfast Ideas

Nothing screams post bank holiday blues like the ‘back to porridge’ phrase that signifies, back to normality and the daily grind. When you take that literally and apply it to your breakfast menu, things get a little too predictable. However, as much as we’d love to make ourselves restaurant worthy breakfasts every morning, we don’t have the time nor the commitment to get out of bed early enough to do so.

Plot twist: what if we made them ahead of time? The night before for example, in the same way you take the time to prep your lunches.

These are a few of our favourite weekday recipes, perfect for making ahead of time and getting your day off to the best possible start.
