How does getting paid to travel the world sound?

Like a dream, right? Well Dubai-based airline, Emirates is currently offering just that opportunity as they are recruiting for Irish cabin crew.

An open day taking place at the Hilton Hotel, Charlemont Place, Dublin on April 27 will give interested parties an insight into some of the amazing perks of the jobs as well as offering the chance to apply on the day.

The event starts at 9am and those attending should bring an up-to-date CV and one recent photograph of themselves.

Based in Dubai and paying an average monthly salary of €2115/£1880 (tax free) plus expenses candidates must have the following:

*Be at least 21 years of age at the time of joining
*Have an arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes
*Minimum height of 160 cm
*High school graduate (Grade 12)
*Fluency in English (written and spoken)
*No visible tattoos while you’re in Emirates cabin crew uniform (cosmetic and bandage coverings aren’t allowed)
*Able to adapt to new people, new places and new situations
*Physically fit for this demanding role

Successful applicants will be determined to always perform well and able to manage a pretty demanding work schedule.

They must also be culturally aware and reflect the Emirates ethos – professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary and cosmopolitan.
