Beetroot Dip
Ingredients
4 pack Beetroot
3 tbsp Crème Fraîche
1 tbsp Horseradish
3 springs of fresh Thyme
Method
In a food processor mix 4 pack beetroot, 3 tbsp Crème Fraîche, 1 tbsp Horseradish, 3 springs of fresh Thyme until smooth.

Feta Cheese & Spinach Dip
Ingredients
250g Feta Cheese
90g Baby Spinach
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Ground black pepper to taste
Method
In a food processor mix 250g Feta Cheese, 90g Baby Spinach, 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 clove of garlic and ground pepper until smooth.

Sour Cream & Chives Dip
Ingredients
150ml reduced fat sour cream
1 tsp chives, snipped
Method
In a bowl, mix 150ml reduced fat sour cream and 1 tsp of chives – snipped.
